There’s allot of gopro surfing footage out there at the moment, this guy seems to make more barrels than most and some pretty heavy at that. Check the view at 3:09. I miss it!

Ive been watching this clip non stop since seeing it on the Riptide website. Some of the locations are all to familiar, but the scale and perfection of some of them are amazing! Some good POV stuff here too. Song by M83. Shivers!!!!

Well it finally seems as though the long awaited surf reef at Boscombe is complete. I remember the rumors about it way back in ‘98. It only took 12 years right! It has already been breaking on and off recently and I was fortunate enough to get a few waves on it a couple of weeks ago, when there was a small 2ft wind swell running. Then it was a pretty fast, hollow and shallow wave. ‘Not for the faint hearted’, to steal a phrase from the Stormrider guide. If you read the echo write up, im not sure I would recommend to a beginner to ‘book his surf lessons’ on a reef break that promises 13ft waves. The forthcoming season will reveal all…..

Bournemouth Echo Article - 15th August 2009

Hey Everyone, this is the first post of what will hopefully be an informative and long lasting blog about goings on. It’ll mostly be about bodyboarding and surfing in the Bournemouth area (Bomo) where I currently reside. I thought it appropriate to start with a selection of some of the super sessions that we had in 2008.
